All state sales taxes will be collected by vendors and submitted by them direct to the Commonwealth of Virginia. Vendors are responsible for collection of all monies owed to them by customers.

Waiver: I will not hold the promoter or the property owner liable for ANY personal injury or property damage of ANY kind. I also acknowledge that a rain date is NOT provided. I understand that all tents and booth displays MUST be weighted or fastened down appropriately. First come, first serve tent space available.  No electrical hookups! No displays or tables provided by promoter. No open fires.

$30.00 for one day festival.

$40.00 for two day festival.

$50.00 for three day festival.

Please return completed form with booth fee to guarantee your space.  Vendor may attend one or more days of each festival at vendor's choice, but full fee applies regardless.   Acceptance of application subject to space available and conditions above. Check will be returned if space is not available on requested dates or due to unexpected cancellations.

COPY OF PROOF OF INSURANCE MUST BE SENT IN WITH APPLICATION.  Also, please submit a photo of your concession stand and set-up.  Food vendors must meet all Health Department requirements.  All food vendors are asked to remove all trash produced by them at the end of each day, including cigarette butts.
