I understand that all items sold are fresh grown and/or produced by me and in the best condition possible.  The promoter reserves the right to examine produce for quality and poor quality items will be removed on request _________initial.

All state sales taxes will be collected by vendors and submitted by them direct to the Commonwealth of Virginia. Vendors are responsible for collection of all monies owed to them by customers.

Waiver: I will not hold the promoter or the property owner liable for ANY personal injury or property damage of ANY kind. I also acknowledge that a rain date is NOT provided. I understand that all tents and booth displays MUST be weighted or fastened down appropriately. First come, first serve tent space available.  No electrical hookups! No displays or tables provided by promoter.  No open fires.

$15.00 for one day festival.

$20.00 for two day festival.

$25.00 for three day festival.

Please return completed form with booth fee to guarantee your space.  Vendor may attend one or more days of each festival at vendor's choice, but full fee applies regardless.   Acceptance of application subject to space available and conditions above. Check will be returned if space is not available on requested dates or due to unexpected cancellations.
