I understand that all items sold are hand crafted and made by me or crafters that I represent. Any items not judged as handmade by the promoter will be removed at the promoter's request. _________initial.

All state sales taxes will be collected by vendors and submitted by them direct to the Commonwealth of Virginia. Vendors are responsible for collection of all monies owed to them by customers.

Waiver: I will not hold the promoter or the property owner liable for ANY personal injury or property damage of ANY kind. I also acknowledge that a rain date is NOT provided. I understand that all tents and booth displays MUST be weighted or fastened down appropriately. First come, first serve tent space available.  No electrical hookups! No displays or tables provided by promoter.  No open fires.

$25.00 per 10' x 10' space for Folk Fair.

$35.00 per 10' x 10' space for Crafts in the Meadow or Indian Summer Days.

$45.00 per 10' x 10' space for Hit 'n Miss or Chinquapin Festival.

Please return completed form with booth fee to guarantee your space. Each space is 10' X 10'; please fill out the NUMBER of spaces you need on the line above.  Vendor may attend one or more days of each festival at vendor's choice, but full fee applies regardless.  Acceptance of application subject to space available and conditions above. Check will be returned if space is not available on requested dates or due to unexpected cancellations.

Due to past experience, The Mountain Meadow Farm and Craft Market would kindly ask vendors who are renting space:  Please no pets or children under the age of 10.  Vendors are required to clean up their spaces at the end of the weekend and PLEASE NO throwing cigarette butts on the ground!
